About Bo Knows BMW
Who Is Bo?
Bo Moreau is the owner of Bo Knows BMW. His automotive journey began with buying a BMW E46 330Ci. After buying the car, it started to have some issues. Knowing how much it would cost to take it to the dealership, and being a mechanically inclined person, he decided to try to work on it himself. After fixing that problem, he completely fell in love with working on cars. He decided to go to tech school, where he excelled, finishing at the top of his class. From there, he got a job working at a restoration and performance shop. He continued to develop his skills until he eventually felt ready to go out on his own. When he did, he created Bo Knows BMW.
Our Company
BKB was founded because we didn't agree with the way other shops conducted business. We heard complaints about a lack of communication, poor professionalism, people getting scammed, etc., and wanted to change that. We didn't feel that all those complaints should be considered normal when getting your car worked on. As car lovers ourselves, we understand the bond between a person and their car. We know how unsettling it can feel to hand over your car to someone you don't know.
I can promise you that taking your car to Bo Knows BMW will change how you view automotive services. Getting your car repaired or modified doesn't need to be stressful or confusing. We do our best to communicate openly about timing, the progress of the repair or upgrade, any changes to plans, or if something went wrong.

The Future of BKB
BKB will be heading down south in November of 2026. We are planning on moving into a larger shop right outside of Charleston, SC. It has quickly gotten hard to keep up with demand working out of the Williston, VT, location. It will be sad to part with our loyal Vermont customers, but the move is necessary for the long-term growth of the shop.
