Worked with Bo to get my BMW 320i serviced for routine  maintenance after I couldn't find a sooner appointment at my local BMW  dealer. Did an excellent job, felt like I was at the dealer itself. Bo  is an experienced, young technician who is very passionate about his  craft and it shows. Highly recommend.

Bo is a very skilled, young BMW mechanic with lots of  extensive knowledge of E46s and other BMW models! He helped me get my  2004 330xi a stage 1 tune and offers lots of other services!  We had a great experience with Bo. Working on our 530e  2019, he replaced our AC compressor-More complex on this hybrid. He  also changed our rear shocks, one of the auxiliary batteries and helped  us diagnose other issues. We would highly recommend Bo. He couldn’t  clean our car upon pick up, but did a deep clean on our engine bay  instead – no charge. Very courteous, knowledgeable and competent. Thanks  Bo!

I'd trust him fully with my car, he's a truly competent mechanic and I highly recommend him to any other BMW owners in the area. He works quickly as well along with being easy to talk to. We recently had to make a tough decision as to whether to do repairs on an old 2008 BMW that my son drives while in college.  Bo was really terrific in helping us to make the decision.  He immediately responded to multiple calls from me with questions about what really had to be done as compared to what could wait, and he gave us better pricing than other well-established shops in the area.  He really knows BMWs and cares a lot about integrity and transparency in pricing and repair information.  In the end, we decided not to do the repairs given the age of the car, but we felt so much more confident after having spoken with Bo.  Would definitely work with him again!

We didn’t expect a brake issue to lead us to our new go-to BMW mechanic, but we're glad it did! Bo was exceptional in every way. He not only answered our after-hours call, but he also spent time later that evening diagnosing and fixing the problem so that we could pick up the car next morning. He said it didn’t take very long and so wanted no payment! He is clearly a very talented mechanic with a special interest and expertise in BMWs. He has a genuine desire to be helpful.
